Using fitness to bring AWARENESS to SUBSTANCE abuse and mental health.

Jeannette Krupp, founder of Stay Strong Krupp, is a 17-year veteran public-school educator and coach, certified personal trainer, an IFBB Fitness Pro, and a single mother. She launched Stay Strong Krupp, a nonprofit 501 (c)(3) organization, in 2019, after her cousin passed away in 2016 from an overdose and her brother was struggling to stay sober. Jeannette decided to use her personal outlet, fitness, to make a difference. To date Jeannette completed her most recent ride “Karl’s Last Ride” a 700 mile ride across numerous states. Prior to this ride she has completed three 450 mile rides across four states. She wanted to bring a message of hope and spread awareness about substance use disorder, mental health, and many other issues facing today's society.
Her passion to help others and use her life experiences to educate and spread kindness is now her personal journey.
Jeannette has spoken at schools, community hall meetings, news outlets, podcasts, sober homes, and rehab facilities. Her "NO Filtered" truth message about substance abuse and mental health struggles is met with standing ovations from audiences of all ages. She captures the hearts of audience members as she shares her life-changing story full of struggle, trauma, determination, loss of loved ones, and HOPE.
After her first 2 successful Bike450 rides, she was excited to have her brother Karl ride with her in the 3rd Bike450. He was in rehab and had purchased a bike and was working so hard to train. Sadly, Karl passed away from an overdose on his way home from rehab on April 16, 2021. Jeanette's heart was shattered, and, at the same time, she was dealing with severe health problems — a double mastectomy, elbow surgery, hip surgery, and an autoimmune disorder — all in the same year.
She was completely lost but was not going to let any of this keep her from her purpose!! She continues to fight for Stay Strong Krupp and be a voice for all the loved ones the world has lost too soon to this horrible disease.
Jeannette understands the pain and challenges many kids in our schools are going through. She sees it firsthand at work every day. With compassion — and without judgment - Jeannette shows them through her fitness that there are other outlets and positive ways to handle stress and keep a good mental state. Stay Strong is not just her motto — it's her life!!
Your support and contributions will enable us to meet our goals and bring hope and awareness to so many families. We THANK YOU!!
